Hey all, did a search for this answer and the only thing I found on the folding mirrors is too peen the rivet. But then reading further it seemed it does not work. So is anyone else having the problem? Will the dealer replace, does it fix the problem. The new flash promotes more wind speed.

Thanks,
Scott

The new flash fixed my fueling problems, low rpm stuttering, heat in frame, earned me a PHD, and paid off my mortgage.

Surely it can fix your measley folding mirrors?

sorry, just shoot me...

I just drilled out rivets and put a nut and bolt there much better. Mine kept folding in as well drove me nuts

Lionboy, thanks thought about that as an option. Do you know if buell swaps out for new ones?

Mine were folding also. Service mgr at the LBS said "your mirrors need to be replaced". It took about 5 weeks for the mirrors to come in, but it was worth the wait. The new ones are so stiff it feels like the fairing will break off before the mirror moves.
