AFV is still at 100 front and rear since the flash last week. I guess the AFV might not pick up low fuel pressure at higher RPM if it only has a pressure drop when under maximum load. It would be in open loop then.

The only fuel pressure spec that I've found was at idle and 4000rpm. When tested at those speeds its border line ok. If I was the tech working on this bike I would put a pump module in it and get this royal pain in the A$$ customer out of my hair!

I took Thursday and Friday off this week and will be back at my dealer for the 4th time with the fuel pressure code.

I might just try to get a part-time job there working on the 1125R bikes.

I don' buy the exhaust being the issue. that is a serious dip at 9K - 9.3K rpm. You would feel it as a flat spot or slight drop during WOT.

I have made the same mode and there is no lag, power drop or flat feel to the acceleration anywhere between 7k-10K. I am not able to go in and get a dyno done for a while but may do so in the next month.

Xbswede, keep me posted on your future dyno run please. Until then I'll be trying to get the fuel problem fixed, then it will be dyno time again!

Chevy, That's not bad at all. The first time I took my bike on the dyno it pulled 122 HP on the back wheel.. bone stock.

You can win a lot with small mods but you need more fuel to solve the HP problem and the torque problem.

Easyrider, I thought that I remembered your fist dyno runs being about 120 HP. I'm not too worried yet but do want to get the fuel pressure problem resolved. I also wonder how much different dynos vary brand to brand or if they need to be calibrated once in a while to keep them accurate.

Thanks for the response! We all value your input for all the hard work you've done!

Comparing dyno runs from different machines is sorta meaningless as I am sure conservative and loose machines have at least a 10% difference or more.
