So when I originally ordered they didn't have the patterns cut, so I eyeballed it and cut some myself.

It didn't look as good as I'd hoped, and so I was stoked to hear they'd had some patterns cut for us. This is the Tech Spec in Snake skin.

So the snake skin is a little thicker than the high fusion that I originally received. However, this stuff is just awesome.

When cornering, your legs stick to the tank/frame soo much better I feel a lot more comfortable and like I have a lot more control of the bike. It's not a sticky type grip, just a firm hold that when you squeeze you know you're not sliding if you don't want to. No problem switching quickly from side to side through S turns, this stuff is worth the investment.

I don't think it looks bad either : )

++++1
I ordered the same and they said they were out of stock. So I mention that I would like them for a track day on Sept 3. They said :we will see what they can do" Get the mail today sure enough! 4 days. I forget who I spoke to but I can't say enough about the service. Not a lot of companies with this kinda service out there (IMO)
I'm sure they will work well.

Do you find you need them on the airbox? I was thinking of getting this for my XB, but i don't want to cover the translucent plastics.

Froggy it'll depend on how short or tall you are : )

Wait...do you mean on the sides? They are a must have. When I'm leaning hard my legs aren't down far enough to reach the tech spec on the tank/frame much at all. It's all up on the sides of the plastic "tank." So yes, must have : )
