Called the dealership about a handfull of little problems im having on my bike. Iv got 13000 km's on it so far. Have to wait until the 8th of september to get it in! Anyone else having these problems?

1- The Left mirror glass is super loose and just vibrates around, can't see out of it at all
2- The Left mirror likes to fold in if i go faster that 35 MPH
3- The display is all foggy on the inside and the corners look like there has been muddy water getting in it!?!
4- The left headlight is fogging up on the inside
5-the belt is still walking back and forth and fraying the outside

Thats all for now hahaha. O, and i ordered a service manual over a month ago and it is still not here. Any dealers in the states want to sell me one and ship it to my address in Washington State for me?

I had the problem with my belt fraying as well. There were some posts a little while ago concerning this problem. The fix is to shim the belt guard. I had my dealer do this and have not had a problem since.

Have you brought these issues to your dealer's attention?

As far as the service manual, check ebay. I saw one for $48 plus 5 or 6 bucks shipping. That is a good deal considering retail is $60 plus tax.

"Jefe, what is a plethora?"

Sorry, I couldn't help myself. That movie is one of my all time favorites.

My belt is clearly tracking to the outside. It's a tiny bit over the pulley's edge and has a gap between the belt and the pulley flange. It showed considerable outside edge fraying at 200 miles and I removed the belt guards completely at that time. There already was a washer under the rear screw that holds the lower belt guard on. I showed it to the guys at Liberty and they said not to worry but keep an eye on it.

Well riding to work this morning, i felt something on my left arm. Ended up being the glass from the mirror. It finally vibrated enough that it broke the tiny little bit of plastic that holds it on. Lucky i caught it as i was riding! So, without a mirror and no right turn signal the bike is kinda useless. Its going to the dealer tonight. I cant say im extremly happy at the moment. Seems to me the bike is starting to fall apart. Nothing big, but all the little problems are really adding up and bugging me. Just my luck its supposed to be nice this week. One of the last weeks of nice riding weather and my bike will be at the dealer. Brutal!
