Friday in round rock I was cut off by a truck then the lady locked up her breaks only giving me about five feet to stop. So if you can imagine the outcome in heavy traffic.. But there is some good news.. i was able to drive it away, but its going to be in the shop for a while but at least it will give me some time to heal the torn rotator cuff.

Glad to hear you are mostly ok Daneil!
Sounds like mostly cosmetic damage too - bodes well for a healthy bike after the repair.

I'm in the same situation...
My 1125R has been in the shop for more than 1 month. Hopefully I'll have it back by mid-September.

I feel your pain, an 80yr old in a dodge pickup pulled out of a driveway leaving me 15 ft to stop and t-boned him and the bike has been in the shop since June 6th and i made it out with just some bruises. These 1125 parts take forever to show up!! at least I'm at 0 fault so wont cost me a thing but it just sucks not being able to ride anything but my dads spare 79' sporty for my summer.

My wife's bike should be out of the shop in a couple weeks. She had an accident on Mother's day.
I'll be able to ride her bike it a bit so I don't go completely insane being without a bike...

Hey Deexn1125R,

Glad that overall, you're O.K.! Sounds like some quick reaction time saved a much bigger mess!

Stay safe and heal well fellow Bueller.....
