Has anyone looked closely into this? I know that the frames are quite different but what about the subframes? Does that old familiar "R" tail cover a completely different subframe connections? I've got the 1125CR bug BAD, but I'd want to swap to an "S" tail, preferably the longer Ss or TT tail to better fit the longer wheelbase of the 1125. well thats cool except... where are you going to put all of the junk that is in the tail of the 1125??? for anyone who has seen under the rear seat of both the 1125 and an XB, there is a significantly larger amount of junk tucked away in the 1125. i think some of the reason that the storage area is a practical joke played on the 1125 owners is partly because of the fact that the heads of the engine are more spread apart(45degree vs 72 degree V) which pushes the battery further back than it was in the XB's | ||

Cool, Stealth. However i actually like the looks of the headlight and pods. IMO they look better on the CR in the way they come forward of the headlight, very aggressive... like blades. As far as the junk in the trunk... All the electronics for the Lightnings are tucked into the tail so I think there should be room, especially in the long tail. Hopefully it will be possible to make some sort of adapters to make the swap possible. I'm betting the boys over the pond will come out with something soon, Trojan are yo listening?? | ||
