I had one of my radiator fans burn up today. Has anyone else had this problem?

It's pretty much the same cooling fan for XBs, so their pretty robust. Sometimes you get a bad one in the lot. Your warranty should cover it. Have a dealer check to see if it's the fan or the relay.

Mine took a crap at 5,000 miles. I've got 15,000 miles on the new one without a whisper.

I believe Odin's correct. Sometimes they just get a bad batch.

Robust? I had an XB go out. The quite was nice. : )
