Hmmm, wonder how someone got hold of an 1125R Frame that has test frame written on it?

The writing on the item seems to indicate that one of the bolt holes is stripped out and needs a helicoil insert or a helicoil insert was installed.

The seller will not release the vin number...already asked. If I win it, I will be researching the vin number further just in case...

This is not a test frame...it was a registered bike at one time. Again, the seller is very vague...and the writting on the frame I would take with a grain of salt.

Look at the seller's other auctions. He's just a broker of "stuff"

Probably a good deal for a race chassis though.

Up to 50 bucks now. Looks like the bidder stacked up bids days ago. Don't know the techniques but his 50 bid is listed as 5 days ago.

There is something strange with this auction. There are 2 bidders with $50.00 bids! Bidder 335 is proxy bidding.

Thats how e-Bay works. it only advances your bid as needed.

I think that two people both think its worth $50.00 at the same point in auction would not be odd, it may be its worth.

I find nothing surprising about the proxy bid on an auction item that was produced by a manufacture that post message under the name 'anonymous' to its customers.

It's up to $304.98 and I haven't bid yet. I'm not going to either. Amateurs, amateurs all!

There is nothing strange about this at all. I am that bidder.

Instead of just putting in a proxy high amount, when I'm bid against...I bid in ten dollars increments to determine where the other bidders are at without going over what I feel the item is worth.

And where its at now, I'm done. I'd hate to be the winner at this amount without even knowing any information of the vin or condition of this frame. It was a registered frame.

This is how it works. This is how I find out the skinny.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised to be contacted later, after the auction with a second chance offer...meaning, it would have been driven up by anonymous...at which point I would negotiate a lower amount.

Have closed many deals this way on ebay. You never really know who you are dealing with unless their feedback is perfect and they give you information upfront.
