Why is it taking Buell so long to provide parts for our bike? I don't know about the rest of you but I don't need a friggin tank bag. I need an airbox, wind screen, rims....Oh, anybody find a compatible throttle holder for our bike? None that I have found will fit. Getting killer throttle wrist. (No wisecracks)

Lots of XB (Firebolt) parts fit the 1125r. Also, the Throttlemeister fits the 1125r. That is a planned purchased for me as well. Just havent pull the trigger yet. American Sport Bike has them for a reasonable price.

1+ on the Throttlemeister. It's a clean solution and in addition the bar ends also provide better looks and reduced vibes.

Any Firebolt or XB Lightning airbox will work, I have a Valencia Translucid from an 07 City-X on my 1125R.

Also XB (not Ulysses) wheels are a drop in replacement too.
Again, I have Orange translucid wheels.

You can "lock" your throttle 2 ways besides ThrottleMeisters -

1) adjust the "pull" throttle cable until the throttle stiffens to your liking and lock down.
2) put a 10 dollar set of aluminum bar-ends on and snug the throttle side against the end of the grip to desired friction level.

Zero-Gravity is working on screens, should have options soon.

Don't forget Rims!

I think you can get Silver, White, Black, Diamond Blue, Translucent Amber (for Zac and I), Translucent Red, and Sunset Orange.

1+ on the Throttlemiester. I have the machined black shorts. They help with vibration and helping that "Throttle Wrist" rest.

Buell Traction Grips are a nice choice and they are only about 16 bucks.

Funny, I bought my '03 Firebolt XB9R in April 2002 when they were first released. Buell had Tank and Tail bags available then and a few weeks later they had a dark wind screen. Now the Race Kit took about six months to come out after the bike was released.

Ive tried getting a couple places/people to get a fender eliminator in the works, but no luck yet :-(

Keep bugging Odie, maybe he will go ahead and buy an 1125R and design one
