I took my bike in to HRHD and had the ECM calibrate update done and the Starter solenoid torque to the new spec, and the bike is running great! Awesome, couldn't ask for a smoother running machine. I am very pleased. I have had no further battery draining issues and the bike has been sitting for about four days now. Lovin It!

This is what I found. Charged the battery overnight and tested for parasitic draw. It has a 24mA draw for about 2 seconds then 1mA for 58 seconds. This continued all day. The security is not on and has never been used. The draw is from the instrument cluster. It may be normal and I will call Buell about it. The service manual says that it is normal to have 1mA draw from the ecm, vr, and cluster. This is the first dead battery I've had with the bike, it only sat overnight, no charging light or any other problems leading up to it. I ordered a Battery Bug for the bike it will monitor the battery voltage for me and let me know if it falls below 12V. Might be helpful to know if the battery is discharging before it won't start.

Well I found a OEM battery upgrade that looks promising. The stock battery is 200 CCA and a 12 amp hour battery. This on is 250cca and 18 amp hour battery.
