The tail bag is great.

It looks great on the bike -- the form fits the 1125r's lines well.

I am able to keep a clear (night) face sheld for an arai helmet, tightly folded extra shirt, a change of glove pairs (often need to have warm and cold this time of year in Texas) plus cell phone, cleaner, extra earplugs, 16oz water bottle and other basic ride necesities.

It doesn't hold a TON of stuff... but covers the basics really with some space to spare.

Very nice, I just got one the other day.
Went to the grocery store, put a cantaloupe and a pound and a half of coffee in it.
Had room to spare, but the 2 One pound sausage packs had to go in my jacket.

and the ones for our bikes are the same as firebolt, correct?

thank you guys for replying!

i saw a S model one at the dealer and it was super tiny, but in the pics the xbR/1125 looks much larger
just making sure

what else have you guys gotten in them? im just trying to think of what kind of room i have
im look at getting this and the deluxe tank bag from buell and ditching the bookbag unless on a real long trip

I have a large tail bag I originally got for my FXWG.
Tiny bungees across 2 D-rings pull over the tail-light and I ran a short bungee thru the front D-rings that go to the pockets in the undertail.
For heavier loads I run straps thru the passenger-peg mounts.

It's from T-Bags, used to be the "Texan", don't know what they call it now.
That and the Oxford "First Time" saddlebags I ordered ought to hold enough for a trip.

I'll try them out as soon as they arrive, think I'll take a trip to Texas.
