I just finished looking thru both the Jan11 release and the Feb14 one and it was interesting, the differences.

If you have access to these, be aware that the most recent has some new info, but dropped several sections, present in the first rev.
Presumably for more updated info also, but at least they are a start.

The info on engine rotation made me realize that the bolt that backed out and stopped my idler pulley and consequently toasted my belt, was last touched by ME, not the factory, as I initially thought.
I called the dealer and BMC-CS and let them know it was MY BUST, not theirs.
A new belt is about $160, BTW and the bolt that backed out has Loctite on it now.

Obviously, the oil check procedure and capacities are "latest and greatest" in the Feb release.
However, the section on the clutch and engine rotation is absent.
There are changes in the front and rear brake R&R in the new one.
The Feb release has a new section for the throttle cable.

My plan is get and keep them all, until I can buy a full release rev.

Where are you finding them at?

Be REAL nice to your dealer, they are on HD-net only.
They also, already, have my word that I'll be buying the Manual as soon as it's published.

Trust is a good thing.

Now all I need at the moment, is an air filter element.
Mine is grey and needs replacing.
