Part number R0029.1AM, diaphragm ring assembly as listed in the 1125 parts book (PAGE 44/45, number 22)is invalid. This is the "clutch cover" or outer shell on the right side of the motorcycle. Anyone have a valid number or description?

I think thats the correct part number, they just put the identifying number on the wrong part in the picture in the book-in the talon system it still shows up as diaphragm ring assembly-142.84.

New Part # question:
So the accessory socket is a 2-pin not the 4-pin the heated grips supposedly plug into on the XB. The socket on the bike is Y0228.1AK with pins Y0226.1AK. The male connector that's inserted just fill it up is Y0170.5A8 and it has 2 rubber plugs pushed into it (I didn't write down those part #s).

So if you want to use the accessory socket, all you need is the 2 pins for the male connector (Y0170.5A8) those 2 pins being the opposite pair for the Y0226.1AK pins in the socket.

However, there is no part # in the manual nor any indication those pins/ sockets/ connectors are used anywhere else.

Anyone have a part# for the pins I need?

Thanks,
Josh

Parts, redux

So the accessory plug on all 08 Buells (don't know when it started) looks like this:

Accessory

pos and neg 15amp breaker in the fuse box, relayed power.

Buell drives the GPS and heated grips off of it.

From the factory it has a "plug" with rubber inserts I suppose to keep it clean:

Plug1

Plug2

I have a dealer parts guy looking it up, but has anyone seen parts for a connector like this for public purchase? For the Uly the parts book is useless, for the 1125R the parts are listed above.
