Exactly what I was told approx 2 weeks ago.

Next thing you know ... its "Another False Rumor" Supposedly the bike has reshipped and should have been here yesterday. It originally was one of the first bikes shipped, approx a month ago.

So much for getting it before Christmas.

Oh well ... Its worth waiting for

I live in boston and bought my last buell at Manchester HD Buell in june, then it broke and took them two month to put it back together and I told them I do not have a car and need the bike, found out the service sucks so bad, some screws were loose and one on the muffler fairing was striped right were you can see it at the front of the exhaust, so they have lost me as a customer. I had the chance of buying one at Merideth Buell, they had one on the floor but would not give on the price, so got another dealer to give me 500 off, so I went with them. It is driving me crazy re, the buell I bought from Manchester needs more work because they screwed it up, it is leaking oil from the rear head, the oil pump broke and they had to rebuild the top end. Now when the new dealership drops off the 1125R they are picking up my son's ulysses and going to fix what manchester buell screwed up, and one screw that holds the exhaust fairing on was half way in and striped, and they left it like this? going to get the word out that they are no good. Mike: take a ride out to Worcester (actually Auburn) to Sheldon's. They have a competent Buell tech whose work I trust.(I don't trust very many). They have a very good Salesman and the Parts Manager also seems to be pro-Buell.
I refuse to deal with The Shaft (they also dropped Buells), and Manchester is a bit too much of a "Car Dealer" for my taste.

I have a feeling that its not a matter of them pulling the bikes back, but rather them "disappearing" to other dealerships...
Hence that is how I got mine without a pre-order where a dealer not too far away with the first 9 (?) pre-sold did not get any in until mid last week.

thanks Crusty but I have been to sheldons and did not like the deal they were trying to give me on a trade in, and the place I am buying my 1125R is dropping it off and picking up the ulysses, I do not have a car or anyone to drive me so this will work out to be best for me, manchester charged me 75.00 to drop off the ulysses and found two new proublems today, so when I get it back from big moose I will go over the bike myself and make sure it is right, I feel like trading it in for a 08 ulysses there so much better, but that is up to what my son wants to do, it is his bike now. merry Christmass to all. alright, I know everyones dealings w/ certain dealerships can different, but I have now bought 2 Buells through Jake at Manchester HD/Buell and have no problems or hiccups. My SS had a surge problem last spring/summer, they took it in, 1hr later it ran better than when I brought it... If they are that bad, then Buell must give more 1125Rs to the "bad" dealerships... p.s. I have a pic w/ 4 1125R's and mine on the table... so thats atleast 5... wont mention the other 2 I saw NOT in the pics (thats 7 for those keeping count) rant off, just dont like people tearin others b/c of 1 bad experience
