Just curious.....are the radiators segmented? I mean, is there a radiator for each cylinder or is the entire cooling system integrated? | ||

I'm guessing that they are integrated and share a common pump. I'd like to know what, if any, provisions exist for coolant bypass in colder weather; is the radiator flow thermostatically controlled? | ||

Yes they are integrated and yes there is a thermostat. | ||

Thanks Anonymous, if that is your real name! Is there a weight advantage with the two side-mounted radiators, compared to the center-mounted radiator that is most commonly found on sportbikes? | ||

i would think so. since the side pods get get better air flow with no front wheel in front of them, i would think that the the total cooling surface of the radiator could be smaller, less weight. | ||

So are the cylinders cooled "in series" (assumably the hotter rear one first), or "in parallel"? Does the coolant return thru the radiators in series, making on side of the bike warmer than the other? Inquiring nerds want to know.... | ||

Built-in "limp-home" mode... now that is looking ahead, ...or a realistic assessment of one's propensity to "bounce" frequently while riding.  | ||
