Does EBR no longer exist? Was it absorbed back into the new buell? I know I read erik wanted to focus on electric and he wasn't involved in buell, aside from them using his name, lol.

Basically what happened is Liquid Asset Partners, the liquidation company that bought EBR while it was in receivership; they were able to recently obtain the Buell name other intellectual properties. So LAP is now building bikes under the Buell name instead of the EBR name, but it is still the same company. Production of EBRs never really ended, once LAP bought EBR and resumed production, they have been making bikes on a small scale since then, and now are calling them Buells and have made some tweaks like the bodywork.
Erik is no longer affiliated with EBR/Buell, he is working with the Fuell e-bike company.

Does anyone know what price they're asking for the new bikes? I want to know how far out of my budget they are.

And on the Fuell topic.. anyone have any luck in getting updates from them? I have sent a couple emails, no response to them asking about the E-motorcycle…. I did put a deposit on one in November of 2019…. Only thing I get from time to time is email newsletter updates the E-bicycle they are producing, which I’m not interested in!

“Non-refundable reservation includes limited edition Hat.

You will be able to confirm your order as early as Fall 2021. Shipments beginning Spring 2022.”
