This is some industry analyst in India saying Hero "hinted" that this is what they want to do. That's a long ways from Erik selling a majority of his company, especially since Hero still owes ~$10M for the 49.2% they've already committed to buy (they've only invested $15M so far according to the previous articles with a promise of $10M more).
