The India Co. really is smart ,if EBR gets any press it'll be big news because of the comeback after HD dumped Buell and everyone like us will be looking on the internet at HERO to find out who they are, Never heard of TATA either, then they bought jag/land rover and guess what? they are doing better than ever. EBR just made a good move ! Its all about investments and publicity for survival !

Well I hope they treat him better than HE did. And maybe in a year or so we will see consumer products again.

'Hero Honda' as known in india, their bikes are really successful in India and known for reliability/mileage. But they are little, mostly 100-125cc bikes. And the biggest they make is 225cc. Honestly, idk if this was such a smart move for Erik.

But then again, if they're the ones that paid him $20M then more power to them. And hopefully we start seeing some new EBR products. And hopefully some 'normal prices' for new bikes

Erik's association with HERO is for engineering. Some of it is related to motorcycles . . .some of it not . . just best in class engineering.

The HERO race sponsorship was a pleasant sidebar.

HERO has nothing to do with the $20M. That is the Federal EB-2 (as opposed to EB-5) program that is available to any qualifying small business owner. It's been inaccurately reported as an "investment", it's a loan not unlike many community development loans.

I am hoping to see EBR as the single greatest creator of jobs in Wisconsin.
