Well where is it? I havent see one thread on it? Why arent You guys as hyped as you were about Daytona. You arent gonna fizzle out after the first race are you?!!

I'm right her ready and waiting to see how they do.
We don't even know who will be riding what for
this race. The news from the teams has been....sparse.
Will Rich Conrath be there? Ritchie Morris?
Who knows?
I'm also thinking ahead to our next ASRA race too........ |

I'm going!!! I'm excited!!!! Started a thread in Storm Fronts last month (http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/37/183012.html?1144066086) that hasn't had much response.
Dave has graciously stepped up and offered his place for a Saturday evening BBQ.

I need to go to Halspa tomorrow to pick up the brake pads for my S3, I'll confirm this with Terry.
The problem is, Hals team, like usual, is on a shoestring budget. I doubt we'll see 'em at all the races. |

i won't be racing barber but i'll be at road america april 20 to 23 with my liberty hd buell xb12 , and hopefully will have the XBRR for the summit point race |

A month ago Anony said there will be buells. I've spent good money buying tickets, making camping reservations (first night prepaid) and scheduling time off. This absolutely sucks!!!!! That was the reason I was going. |

Rich will be at barber but he said he will be leaving for CA saturday after the race. I will be there the sunday to watch the races. Just to bad its not saturday ill be there |

i'll be there at barber from thurs afternoon til end of racing sunday wearing my buell stuff. sooner or later the buell's will show. ( damn, i'm starting to connect with Charlie Brown and the great pumpkin)

I wonder who Rich has riding for him this year? He will have a competitive bike, you guys, even if it isn't an RR. Don't sell him short. There will be a Buell there to cheer for after all.

Mike Hale is fast. He almost won the Springfield Mile when he was still Flat Tracking. I think he'll be pretty quick on a Buell, and he should be fun to watch. |

By the xbrr not showing at Barber..wont this affect theyre point standing..Is it like Nascar where you get points for finishing..etc? If so, Good grief atleast put them out there and get points if this is the case. Dont run the •••• out of them just make laps/points. At the end of the year thet might wish they had.
Unless they dont eve plan on even being competitive at the end of the year???
Im hope this is not the case. |

There is and was not a factory effort, it's dealers, and dealers have very limited funds. |

I thought for sure the Buell contingency would be strong at Barber. I would think with the increase in interest they would strike when the iron was hot...... |

That's what I thought too. Then I made plans, bought tickets, prepaid for camping...now no RR. Oh well, still going and should still have a great time. |

RRs or not, I'll be there. Only a short 3 hour ride down. Hope the weather is nice.
I think the Buell teams are making a BIG mistake by not running Barber. They really can't excercise their huge torque advantage at Daytona, but they can at Barber. It's a tight track with two very short straights. The RR would be a formidable foe at Barber.
Especially in turns 5 and 15. They could get a good drive out of 15 to the front straight and possibly make up for the rush of the I4 engines. |
