Are you going back to stock? I'm interested if all is right. You've got mail...

Hey Charles yup I'm going back to stock but really its not stock anymore. I've made some cool modifications to the stock can that really are cool, I like the jardine really, its small light, and loud. I've just became a believer in the modified stock can being a little better.

What did you do to your stock can? How does the sound differ from straight stock?

Thanks,
Charlie

I cut the back off with my chop saw then took my sawzall and cut out about 4 inches in the last section of pipe so the exhaust comes down the first chamber and exits instead of traveling back up the pipe and then back down and out. Then I weld the center chamber closed with a patch of pipe, leaving the third chamber open, then weld the back, back on, replace the chrome tip, and paint with heat resistant paint. I think that with these modifications the performance is better than the jardine, my jardine has a flat spot at about 2500RPM this pipe pulls to the moon and seems like it revs faster.

Hey, sent a second E-mail. If you havn't sold already I'm still interested. Hoping I'll be able to recover some of the lower end with a techlusion, maybe? I know the bike will be lean with the K&N airbox mod, and Jardine so the Tech is a must do in my book anyway...
