Might have some of what you are looking for.
What year bike? Probably have the rear fender and a stock stainless muffler.

Mud, sorry my response must have gotten wrapped up in the failure last week.
The Stainless mufflers I have are 2".
I do have several composite rear fenders.
I do have a new or very close to new Vance & Hines for a 2-1/2" collector.
