Here's the tail bag for the Firebolt and 1125's. I only used it as a backpack a few times and never strapped it on the bike as you can see it still has the straps rubber banded up with the instructions. The single strap comes off and tucks away in a pouch at the top. The bag also has another zipper under the reflective stripe that allows it to expand a few extra inches upward. Can you please take a picture of the instruction manual drawing that shows how it mounts? Do the strap go around the whole tail, or just around the seat insert? Thanks, EV | ||

Here's some more pics of the expansion area and the rain cover. Looks like the straps go under the tail unless you have the matching saddlebags, then they clip to the bags.    |
