—FOR SALE— 2009 Buell XB12SS 8,xxx miles Location: Atlanta, Georgia Condition: 10/10 This is one of the nicest examples of an XB you will find. Exceptionally cared for and the bike shows it. To stand and look at this bike, it still appears exactly the condition as when it rolled off the showroom floor. I have many Buells and while this particular one is arguably the nicest one in my collection, it is just too large for me. I’m a small guy and while I can throw around my Firebolt and even my 1125, the SS sits a bit too tall for me and overall just feels built for a person larger than me (5’8” 135lbs). The bike has ran Amsoil 20W50 and WIX filters changed in the fall when the bike is put away, and mid summer each year (it doesn’t see many miles per season). Stock exhaust and stock ECM. The bike is pretty much stock with a few accessories: - original owners manual included. Key code included - 2 original keys included. All locks matched - Rizoma (genuine) mirrors. I will note that I put a small scuff in one entering my shop. I touched the door frame with the mirror and it left a small mark. - Front/Rear axle black anodized sliders (Darkhorse maybe??, not sure) - upgraded EBR front brake pads - upgraded 1190 (late model 1125) clear LED taillight assembly - newer West Penn battery (Duralast Gold, I believe) - newer drive belt (replaced just due to age) - newer Michelin Pilot Road 4 tires - right side scoop kit - rear header pipe heat shield - Buell detachable saddlebags (specific for the SS model) - Buell Sport Seat (available, but not included in sale price) - Buell Touring Seat (available, but not included in sale price ** both of the P&A seats are basically brand new. I’ve used the touring seat for one ride and the sport seat for two rides. Due to the price and general rarity of these seats, they are available for purchase but not to any buyer other than that of the bike buyer As an additional incentive, I will throw in one set of BUELL TRACTION GRIPS, brand new in the box AND I’ll throw in one of the ALUMINUM PEGASUS AIRBOX PROTECTORS, also brand new in the box. But these are only available at full asking price on the bike. I am not including these for any deal that may be negotiated of less than asking nor are they available for sale as part of any other deal. The bike is located in North Atlanta. We have several members of the Buell community who live in and around Atlanta that I’m sure would be happy to perform an inspection of the bike for any interested parties located outside of the area. I will be happy to work with any buyer to arrange transport of the bike, at the buyers expense. The bike is stored indoors; that is, inside my home in a space dedicated to my bikes so it has 75 degree temperatures and 45% or less humidity all year around. This bike won’t disappoint. I know I’m asking top of the range price for the bike that is guaranteed to be nicer than probably any other XB you will look at for sale anywhere. $6000 + any related transportation costs to get the bike to you.
