If anyone has a pair of Sidi boots that are headed for the trash can, I have a broken zipper on a pair of my Vertigo boots. Perhaps someone could cut out the zipper slider and send it my way for a few$$ and maybe I'll get lucky and be able to repair these at home.
thanks
mike

I've always had them done by cobblers. Get the best quality zipper you can.

Yep,
Just to clarify, the zipper itself is perfect. The metal slider broke. (Not the pull tab) all the "teeth" are perfect. So I don't need the full length zipper thing. Pretty sure I can get it back together if I have a part in hand. My local shoe guy, who has re-soled a few of my other Sidi boots doesn't have a slider that will fit and there is no sense in spending the money for a total zipper replacement if all I need is a good slider

Is there any name or brand on the zipper or slider?

You can buy repair zipper pulls; here's one brand:

Still looking for a Sidi zipper if there's any out there. Tried several of the zipper repair kits and none work on Sidi.
thanks

Have you contacted Sidi to see if they sell repair parts? Or a local Sidi dealer?
