I have a 2000 m2 cyclone with the 14.7" recall shock. I want to lower it an inch. Would anybody have a west ten lowering bracket out there that they would want to sell?

Other options to lower seat height:
M2L seat lowers ~3/4" to 1"
M2L shock lowers ~3/4" to 1"

If lowering via the bracket or M2L shock, then the front forks need to be swapped for M2L forks in order to maintain suspension geometry and travel. Alternatively, the standard M2 forks can be raised in the triple trees ~3/4" but the fork adjusters will interfere with your handle bars (unless you add handle bar risers).

The M2L uses a standard shock.

The bracket is the only change.

Keep in mind, if you only lower the rear you will have drastically altered the steering geometry, and thus the handling.
