I bought an 07 Uly with a lowered /resprung / revalved rear shock and revalved front forks. Converted mine into a UlySSes, so the setup that came on it is up for grabs. I got all the details from Trackside Suspension & Engineering, the shop that did the work. Per TSE: The rear has a 425# spring, was re-valved, and shortened 17mm(.66in Now 14.5", same length an S/R shock). The remote preload is either low on oil, or purposely shortened. Doesn't affect ride or operation, just has about 1/2 of the stock adjustment. Forks were re-valved, new fork oil, and seals, stock springs and length. When I swapped them out, the bike had 7800 mi. on it. Don't know exactly when the work was done. I'd be happy to provide contact info for the shop to the future owner of this setup. $400 + shipping obo.

Also have a lower triple from an 07 XB12SS that could go with the package, but is not included.

I am interested in your set up. How much does it lower the xb12x seat height?

I never measured with it on, but I'm 5'9" with a 31" inseam and with the forks as far up as they'd go in the triples, low seat, and preload all the way out, I could almost flat foot it. I rode an 06 X and an 08 XT before I bought this one, and it was real close to the height of the XT. The only measurement I took was from the ground with the bike on the stand, bars all the way to the left, it was 48". Let me know if you have any other questions.

Would you sell just the shock?

I don't want to break up the set since they've both been re-valved to the same specs. To be honest, if you're just looking for a shorter travel, I have a regular S shock I could sell you. It's the same length, you'd just lose the remote preload adjuster. Actually on the bike right now and works great.
