You can get them at the dealer. I paid $81 for one a couple years ago locally. New Castle HD is listing them for $65, but you still have to pay shipping.

This should be an "upgraded" part, which will have a different connector. I reused the connector from the old one.

They are a pain to get in. American Sport Bike used to sell a long 1/2" drive socket with a slot cut into it like an O2 sensor socket.

1/2" socket, not 1/2" drive socket...
