Have a Code 53, which the manual states it's a bad ECM. Anyone have a good one for sale I can just plug and play? New ones require a trip to my local non Buell dealer. Race ECMs only require a TPS reset. Bike is all stock. Thanks.

I would suggest you get a brand new one from IDS. They cost $310 and you can get it programmed to run much better than a stock one.

That's actually not a bad price for both the ECM and a map designed to run best (as opposed to a set of constraints that have nothing to do with the quality of operating a motorcycle).

Dan, I decided to take your advice and contacted IDS. Ordered it and just have to send my old to the, so they can take the TPS setting from it and download it onto the new one. Cool, no taking it to the dealer or resetting my TPS.
