2001 M2 cyclone, New worm gear primary chain adjuster, stator,front isolater, front and rear brakes,battery,and a newer rear tire, v&h exhaust. I replaced gaskets on the primary cover shifter shaft, derby cover, inspection cover,gearcover,starter,cyl base, head &all rocker box gaskets.32000 miles bike runs strong.Prefer it it goes to Badweb person $2600 I'll try to get some pictures up.I don't want it chopped way to nice of bike | ||

First $2400 can have it,no hassling on price. besides needing a new front tire there is nothing wrong with the bike that I can find. | ||

She's a beauty. If I was closer... My M2 is a 2000 that was my first bike, been ridden from CA to Newfoundland and used to look like that. I'm torn between rebuilding my thoroughly thrashed M2 and picking up a clean one... Body work is easy to transfer... Good luck with the sale. If this is still around in a few months maybe she'll follow me home. | ||

@ Desert_john I have a 99 cyclone that I had shipped form MN to CA, I went into the DMV in LA with it and they had no issues registering the bike with the vance and hines muffler. since the bike has over 6500 miles on it, CA doesn't look at emissions due to the "carbon buildup" They even sat there searching for the emissions sticker on the bike / muffler for a while, and I told them it was an aftermarket exhaust, and doesn't have one. They told me that it was not an issue. Maybe I got lucky and got an inspector that could care less, but this was my experience with my 78 cb400 as well. No emissions stickers but it had enough miles not to matter. These bikes were registered 2 ( buell ) and 4 ( honda ) years ago in CA, maybe laws have changed since then. If you are a member of the AAA auto club, call them up, they can answer all questions regarding registration you might have, and its much easier getting ahold of them vs. the DMV. | ||

They never even looked at my S3 to register it. They can tell by the VIN if it is a CA emissions model (or so I was told). The minimum mileage now is 7500. | ||
