Well, that's disturbing. I have one just like that w/ a whopping 4500 miles on it and thought it should be worth at least a grand more than he's asking. 1st year XB in beautiful condition. Sheesh... | ||

Nice bike, but it's a 9 and an XBR. That probably makes it the smallest possible market of any XB. Good price for somebody though! Great bike for a little over $2k. Don't get me wrong, I wish my Uly had come with the 9 motor. Almost as strong, far more reliable. The XB motor needs this short crank. | ||

Nice find. That's a great price for a mostly original, unmolested bike. I'd bet if you showed up with $2000, you could ride it away. Bill is right though, it fits in almost the narrowest niche market for a Buell with over 6000 9R's built for the '03 model year out of roughly 7500 total built through '07. It's also the most common color, white with Stardust silver wheels. Fwiw, I just sold my similar '03 9R (albeit with updated red plastics) with 19k miles, frame pucks, case and axle sliders and the full race kit for $3000. | ||

I had an '09 XB12SS at the same time as I had the '03 XB9R. Sold the 12 because the 9 was more fun... I saw the '03 white XB9R at the HD museum in Milwaukee and thought it was awesome... when the low mileage one came up locally I tried to resist but couldn't. | ||

Just to add to the conversation, an 03 XB9L, one owner, yellow, with under 12,000 miles sold on ebay for $2300. I'd have bought it if he would ship. | ||
