The person that bought my book is from the Netherlands. Ironically, one of the Amazon books selling for $450, with all three signatures, is also from the Netherlands. Hmmmm??? Make sure you get your $100 at the next book signing. I guess we are all trying to make a buck off of you. Sorry! The book was a nice read.
