Has no cop lights...Does have a Buell race ECM and a Jardine pipe. Also has a silver box under the seat that looks to be where the cop lights plug in? There are plug ins there but not inserted. 8357 miles, 1st owner from Alabama, 2nd owner rode it about 100 miles and I just acquired it in a trade. Runs EXCELLENT, black in color and has a 2nd seat that looks to be a bit taller? I have 8 bikes and that's 4 too many...3 other classic Hondas for sale also. Price on the XP is $6,300obo.
