Very nice low mileage bike. Been in storage since 2002. Clean clear title. Bike was taken apart, frame and many other parts were powder coated flat black. I've not tried to start or reassemble the bike since I bought it a few years age, I'm the second owner. Bike is 90-95% complete. The only large part missing is the air cleaner assembly. Tire are good rollers, but I would not ride on them. Has PM wheels. Many carbon parts, all but the tail section are aftermarket. Bike can be had with either the black factory tail OR the factory carbon fiber tail, BUT NOT BOTH. One of these needs to end up on another project. Asking $2350.00 with the carbon tail or $2100.00 with the painted tail. Bike needs to be gone through, everything needs to be checked. The CF tail is good, but not perfect, it's been on the bike in storage and has a few scuffs and a very minor chip on one edge. Buyer is responsible for shipping if needed. More pictures on request. Hey DAve. Yep. I picked up a 98 S1 a few years back, did my "thing" with it and now I have the bug to do it again.
