Guess he does not believe that money order was sent, gave him MO number and all. PO is tracking. Could be 2 more weeks before they find where it was cashed. I will get my money back, Someone else can have the STANDaRD tank bag | ||

You also have to see things from my side of the fence. I stranger claims they sent a money order 3 weeks ago, it never comes, and then says that it was cashed and doesn't want the tank bag anymore. From my side of the fence, I assume that maybe, just maybe they decided they don't want the tank bag. Meanwhile, I have people wanting to know if it is still for sale. I believe I was patient and understanding long enough. I will now require paypal for payment so another mix up like this does not happen again. Buelldualsport, I hope you get your money back. I've never been in this situation before but I know I would be breathing fire down the post offices throat until I was refunded. Meanwhile, some jerk is enjoying a nice steak dinner at our expense. | ||

Xb9er is the type of person that would literally give you the whole wheel off his bike so you could continue your trip to homecoming after a bearing failure. I still can't thank you enough for that.  I also know Buelldualsport is of similar caliber (it must be what brings us all to ride Buells). I'm sure the post office is the one that screwed up here. | ||

Just when I thought this was going in a direction of dishonesty , a fellow badwebber steps in and vouches for both main parties involved , both being stand up guys ! Which is every experience that I personally have had with the members on this board. Complete honesty and trust. I purchased a full set of rhino lined plastics from a member in Florida , No $ at the time of his offering, he sent them to me b4 I paid him a nickel , I scrounged $ and paid him quickly, ( thanks andrew ) great place great guys, hope this all gets worked out and everyone is happy | ||

I would never take from anyone, let alone a badwebber; We're all family here. I hope Buelldualsport finds out who cashed the check. I live in a small town and can find the person and confront them. Who knows Buelldualsport might end up with the bag if we can find out who has the money order. | ||

No issues with dishonesty!!!! My only concern, is that I had been in constant touch with Xb9er via email and Private messages for two weeks about the MO. Last message to him was that the PO was in the process of determining the status of the MO. Next thing I know, the Bag is back up for sale on the Site. During the two week communications exchange, Xb9er has said that people are still asking if the bag is available. Rather tells me he is anxious to get the item gone. (I understand the desire to get the deal complete). I could have offered to send another MO (don't use Pay Pal due to their NEW USER Agreement and their past stand on the 2nd amendment). However, I was not given that opportunity, the bag was just relisted, thus my "RELEASE" of any claim on the bag, even though I have tendered a USPS MO and provided the MO order number to the seller. No real issue, just not what I had expected. The PO can take up to 30 days to determine who cashed the 1st MO. Just my $.02 worth. Yes, I would still like the bag, however, a spare Ben Franklin isn't laying around just waiting to be sent. Yes, BadWeb is a close community, and we all have and will look out for each other. Has been that way since I joined originally in 2000 or there abouts. | ||

A check can be forged and cashed as easily as a USPS MO. However, doing that with a MO is a FEDERAL OFFENSE, not a state charge. Read Pay Pal's New User Agreement, real close. They (PayPal) can do anything they want with your money, including not giving it back. |
