picked up a crashed cyclone and right off the top I need:

Shift Shaft
LS rider peg mount
Shift Linkage
Top front isolator link

Hopefully that will cover most of the issues

from what little is left it looks like he had one of the reversed linkages on it. Technically I would only need short tube between the lever and the short arm on the shift shaft. What is there isn't all that great so I figured I's just replace it with a stock set.

This is the shift shaft I have. I've got it on ebay for $65.00 plus shipping. I pick up the shipping for Badweb members.
I might have a complete boomarang shifter also. I'll check when I get home. It's on a 2000 S3 parts bike I picked up.
