Only thing I see is that the outer covering on the stator wiring is very stiff. It's cold in the garage, but this seems like it's more stiff than normal. The plus looks good. Rotor is good, all magnets are tight and not damaged. Includes the clip for the harness to hold the wires. Looking for $75.00 shipped in the US, or best offer.
