well darn.... I'm actually going to be in Billings Mt this summer. My grandpa turns 90...so I'm going to fly out and see him, man that would be a fantastic fly and ride, see grandpa for his 90th, spend some time with family visiting, then ride cross country on the northern route.

unfortunately I just bought my 5th Buell for a project and I'm breaking the bank with cool parts!

so lets see, out of funds, out of space and must be out of my mind!

real clean looking bike, good luck with the sale, hope it all goes well for you!

At least borrow or rent a car and go over Beartooth Pass & thru Yellowstone, about a 325 mile loop thru Cody and back to Billings

Back in 95 I purchased my first new Buell from a HD dealer in PA, a T-Bolt, white/white, very much like the one you are selling here. I do remember that at that time I paid much more money for it then I had brains. Don't know why, but my Bolt had a few little differences such as; carbon rear fender, carbon air cleaner cover, and a shock with the spring coils exposed. I installed a micron muffler, higher bars and lowered pegs, and proceeded to ride that bike for 2 years before purchasing my 2nd T-Bolt in late 97. Both great bikes which, looking back, I wish I had kept. So, here it is 19 years later and they still have the same appeal to me as much as they did then. Nice bike!

The photos above show original, "greenie" carbon fiber hugger and air cleaner. They just need polished ; )

Exposed spring shock was an original, pre-recall shock.

The "more money" part was simply due to the fact that the fiberglass bodywork, and the frame, were hand-built and hand-laid. The S2 also has amazing componentry as far as suspension, brakes, and wheels - not cheap stuff.
