Hey, I've been lusting after a XB12X for a while.
My main issue is the seat height as my inseam is about 30.5". I'm looking for a XB12X with a lower seat. Currently, I'm riding a 600F4i with a seat height of 31.7" which is perfect for me.

My budget is about $4100 (give or take a few hundred for shipping. I'm in West Lafayette, IN).

There are a couple of different stock seats for the Uly. Not a lot of difference between the two, but enough to notice.

Also, if you don't do two up riding, an XB9S is very cheap and an insanely reliable bike, and Char did a nice hard luggage conversion.

Less low end torque, and a little worse fuel economy, but more revs to play with.

I don't plan on riding two up, but I'd like to take long trips possibly involving fire roads and camping.
