Hi, I just bought this Interphone F5 XT - used it for one ride, and in the coarse, decided I'm buying a Schuberth Helmet, which has a built-in intercom system... My loss your gain $200 (Shipped - NO Fee PP Transaction) Firm -

This is the Cadillac of helmet systems. This is the famed F5 intercom that will read your incoming text messages to you while your riding... In a sexy British voice, no less... I Believe the difference between the predecessor F5 and the F5xt is the ability to turn off the instruction british lady...? don't quote me on that... The F5xt is the latest version, that I know.

Works flawlessly with your Iphone, or any bluetooth phone, as well as your GPS - I used it with a Garmin Zumo 665 and Iphone 4Gs- Works great! - Like I said, one ride is all it got....

Comes with everything as new. everything that was in the box (both modular and full-face setups!), the box, all documentation, I'll even give you a copy of the receipt (incase you need it down the road for something...) Photos are stock (helmet not included)

Here are a few review links - but if you are still reading, I'm assuming you already know what you are looking at.

Features Listed Below:

Interphone F5X T Stereo 3.0 Bluetooth Intercom - Single Pack
The Interphone F5XT is the first Bluetooth Intercom to be released with advanced intercom features. Up to 6 F5XT's can be connected to extend intercom range to up to a mile. The frustration of hearing mysterious beep tones has been eliminated with the Text to Speech (TTS) feature of the F5XT. TTS gives audible voice indications when the intercom connects, disconnects, music plays or pauses, and when a phone call is incoming. The F5XT TTS feature will also tell you who is calling so you can avoid answering the call if desired. Bluetooth 3.0 technology gives the F5XT the longest battery life of any Bluetooth intercom to date.
The Interphone F5XT features a host of audio options. The hi-fi stereo speakers provide great sound quality for music and intercom. Each F5XT kit includes a 3.5mm audio cable for connection to non-Bluetooth audio devices. A2DP stereo Bluetooth allows high quality music streams from your stereo Bluetooth device to the F5XT. The remote control profile allows you to control playback remotely from the F5XT (with notifications from the headset TTS system). Music functionality is further expanded with the F5XT's built-in FM radio.
The Interphone F5XT features the most advanced phone options available. Incoming and outgoing calls can be controlled by voice, incoming calls are also announced as the F5XT can read caller information, so there are no surprises when you answer. Multipoint technology also allows two phones to be connected simultaneously (if you have a business and personal line). Advanced DSP algorithms make calls at freeway speeds sound as good as calls made in the living room.
Features:
Pairs in full duplex with up to 5 other headsets for full duplex intercom
Can be used with all previous versions of the Interphone (F4, F3, F2 and original Interphone)
Can pair to any smartphone for music, GPS and phone calls. The F5XT also can sync with your phone book for spoken caller id
Adjusts the speaker volume based on the noise level detected by the microphone. (Note: It may be necessary to disable this feature on full face helmets to obtain full volume.)
Pairs with popular motorcycle GPS systems for voice guidance
Rechargeable lithium ion battery lasts up to 11 hours while the F5XT is in use
Features stereo speakers which provide clean loud audio
A2DP and Bluetooth 3.0 insure the highest quality audio connection
AVRCP profile allows the rider to play pause and control tracks from the headset
Optional handlebar remote
FM Radio features 8 station memory and RDS for spoken station identification
