It includes the improved bearings already pressed in, axle kit, and mounting hardware for the pulley & rotor. I paid $430 to American Sport Bike (plus $30 shipping) in April of this year. How about $350 shipped to the lower 48. Believe that was a 2010 upgrade and saw you have it listed as an '09 wheel.
