I am in need of a 14.8 rear shock for my S1 leaker or not. Mine is blown out and its the old 16. Please let me know if you have one. Thanks!

I cant spend that kinda dough. A reputable suspension shop down the road sells rebuilt 14.8 showas that perform better than most aftermarket shocks for $250 or rebuilds them for $150. So, with that being said, I'm not willing to pay more than what he can do for me. Sorry, I should have put that in the post to begin with.

Thanks lynrd but that's a very used shock for just under the price I can have a freshly rebuilt and tuned shock for ($250). I think I'll pass

East Coast Suspension. You have to go through new castle harley if you need the whole shock I'm told though. Should be able to deal directly with John for just a rebuild. I'd like to find someone selling a leaker for cheap so I can save some money. I'm a bargain shopper.

Snafu, I have a take off from my S1. I don't need it now with the Works in there. It's still useable but it's starting to leak. PM if interested.

That's the 16" shock. You can tell by the shape of the front eye....
