i have one of those and could not make it work with the race ecu. it is made for the power commander 5. i did not do any additional troubleshooting and went back to the -101. if you get it working let me know how.

Smoke,

Response from an inquiry to Dynojet

4-101 is designed for PC3usb and has a connector to go to PC3usb.

4-113 has no connector and has bare wire ends designed to go to a PC5.

I would recommend buying a 4-101 PC3usb sensor and cutting the PC3usb connector off. This will ensure that you are getting a normally open circuit switch, which is what your race ECU needs. Some of the older PC5 shift sensors might come with a normally closed circuit switch. If so, it would not work with your kit ECU. So get the 4-101 to be safe.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,

Chris Kelly

what i remember is that the engine would cut out after you released from the upshift when plugged into the Buell race ECU instead of when you pushed down on your gp shift. ran that weekend unplugged!

Thanks to everyone involved for the time to gather information.

Put a meter on the wires tonight and found it is normally closed. Activating the solenoid broke contact meaning it will not work with our ECM's

Hopefully someone with the proper electronics and or appropriate bike can make use of it otherwise I have a very expensive set of Dynojet decals...lol

sorry to queer the deal. i bought my -113 from a yamaha r6 guy that was getting out of racing so that may be a better place to try and sell. your price is dirt cheap. try listing it here. http://weraclassifieds.com/#axzz2U14g0vcQ

Smoke, appreciate the input as it prevented a lot of frustration.

After learning this quickshifter won't work with our bike HJ refunded the payment.

HJ is a class act!
