I see the one ends are male plastics clips, but i can't see the other side.

Are they female plastic clips?

I am wondering how it attaches...a lot of times tailbags will have female clips on the straps attached to the bag, then straps with male clips on one side and a loop on the other that allows you to cinch them to the subframe.

looks like maybe that one just relies on the straps wraping around the tail/seat?

Depending on how it attaches, I call dibs.

Would you take $40 shipped?

They are not male/female. They are more or less hooks. The hook tight to the unboxed part of the passenger peg brackets if that makes any sense. $40 shipped? thats like 25 bucks. No not even close. I would like to get 100 bucks ship for 115
