Brand new, never mounted rear axle slider for XB model bikes. If you ever have to use the sliders you can buy replacements from Trex. Here is the info from Trex about the sliders. "The sliders are made of UHMW-PE, a tough type of plastic used in many industrial ball bearing and conveyor application. The bar and studs are made of aluminum 6061-TI."
