A 1/2" cut (not deep and it's not spread so you can see foam or anything, just looks like a crack. And there's a bubbles spot that looks like someone spilled hot melt glue on it, the size is the size of a dime. I haven't tried to pull it off because I'm not using the seat and havent had time. Will come with the screw used to hold it in place as well. $75 shipped Thanks, Spencer
