I have a 17" Cee Bailey's windscreen for sale in good used condition that I picked up from another member on here. Since I bought it I added an "XB12S" emblem. The bottom half of the screen is painted white (professionally done). There are a few small pits just under the emblem (show in the pictures) from gravel on a recent ride. Also if your are really particular there seem to be a few swirl marks if you look at the screen in just the right lighting. I am very particular about appearance and the only thing I notice are the few small nicks under the emblem. The pictures accurately represent the screen and show that it really looks nice even with the few blemishes. This screen definitely throws air higher over my chest and now hits me up high on the helmet sitting straight up (I'm right at 6' tall with long torso)...a big improvement to stock screen especially if you ride any distance. There is some light colored padded backing already applied to the screen for fit and vibration reduction. Screws NOT included because I am using with my stock hardware although it is recommended you use longer bottom bolts. Overall it is in very good condition. If you go to buy them new they are $157.00 PLUS $22.00 shipping... I have seen on some forums where this screen has even been placed underneath the stock fly screen...so you could basically use it on any XB9 or XB12.
