Bueller, Bueller, Bueller....

If someone has one of the kits and doesnt want to get rid of it, Id gladly pay like $20-30 dollars just to use a few drops and mail it back to you. Ive got 3 little chips on the side of the tank from the previous owner that are driving me crazy

FWIW- I've been lucky with the tiny Testor's model paints twice. They have tons of colors and you can add a drop of white or black to lighten or darken a color. Check your local hobby shop. I'd also recommend an eye loupe so you can accurately get the chips filled in.

If the molten orange isn't a tri-coat system, you should be able to find a PPG or Dupont paint store in your area that will be able to "scan" your bike and get a really close match. If it's for touchup only, have them mix it in single stage so you don't have to mess with the clearcoat step.

If you need any more info, or I can be of any help, feel free to e-mail me or send a PM. I'm a custom painter by trade, and if you can't find the color, get me the code and I'll see if I can help narrow it down.

Good luck.

Kenny

*Edit: After researching a few minutes, turns out it is a tri-coat.

Molten Orange DBC-61876*

*Molten Orange White Base coat DBC-91853 apply under orange top coat.

Colors listed are in PPG numbers. They should be able to mix you 4 oz in each color.
