All in all in excellent shape, although it has a few minor scuffs from long term storage. Nothing a little elbow grease wouldn't take right out. Fuel pump is *not* included, just the tank. $200 plus shipping. I had this mounted (creatively) on my X1. A 97 would be carburated though, ya? If so, this one ain't for you.
