hi basti,

a blue would also be nice,but i prefer the red because of the x1 1999 problems.
wouldn`t let a very nice blue racing stripe go if it looks the way i like it.

also prefer a red racing stripe because i still miss my old red racing stripe.just loved that buell.

What was the "problems" with the '99's ?? I've always tried not to buy a first model of anything - bike,car,electronics,etc. but I may have to take whatever is available and it might be one of those.
