I have a carbon fiber rear fender for a tube frame. I am not sure what bike this will fit, but I do know it won't fit a 2000 Cyclone. I can email you more pictures, just let me know.

not to blow your sale but this was designed to fit tube frame buells with steel swingarm... the x1 aluminum swingarm has a different mounting structure
